Returns & Exchanges

At Ratedshoppg, each piece is handled with intention and care. Because of the unique nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry and wellness tools, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit. We offer exchanges for damaged items under the following strict conditions:

  • 72-Hour Window: You must contact us within 72 hours of the delivery timestamp.

  • Proof of Damage: Your message must include clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

  • Exchange Only: If your claim is approved, we will provide an exchange for the same item or a product of equal value.

  • Condition: The item must otherwise be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Report Damage

To start an exchange claim, please email info@ratedshoppg.com or DM us within the 72-hour window. Please include:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. Clear photos of the damage

  3. The item you would like to receive in exchange (if the original is out of stock)


Shipping

For approved exchanges due to damage, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
